- Standing stretch

Lay on your back to the floor followed by your legs straight. Then point your toes toward the ceiling. It is a way to do the supine stretch. You can keep the right leg straight on the floor, and pull your left knee toward your chest. Do this for at least 30 seconds, and do the same for the other side. It is a good idea to be done in hip flexor stretch.
